Refund policy

At BLINTOO, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or refunds once the order has been delivered and opened/used.

However, if you receive:
• a damaged product,
• a defective item, or
• the wrong product,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos for verification.

Once approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 24 hours to the original payment method.

Please note:
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
• Refund requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
